If you are listed at a campus/district that is not yours, send a support desk ticket with your name, email, and correct district/campus and we'll be happy to help you. 

  1. To send a help desk ticket, click the "Need Help?" tab on the lower left side of your dashboard. This will open the "Submit a ticket" page. 
  2. Fill out the "Submit a ticket" page as completely as possible. This helps ensure that you receive quality customer support.
