Once a participant has completed a course, their course completion certificate is stored on their Teacher Dashboard and in their user profile in the Manage Participants section of the Administrator Dashboard.


  1. Click the "Manage Participants" Tab on the left-hand side of your user dashboard.
  2. Look for the participant using the search fields.  
  3. Click the blue “Edit” link next to the participant’s name. This will bring up a pop-up. 
  4. Scroll to the "Courses" section of the popup. 
  5. Click the blue "View Certificate" button next to the "Contract Name" field. This will open the course certificate in a new browser tab. If there is no certificate available, the participant has not completed the course. 


Note: If a user does not appear in the Manage Participants section, they may not have created an account yet, or may be located outside of your campus or district. If this is the case, please contact support@responsivelearning.com with the user’s name, email address, former campus/district, and current campus/district, and we’ll be happy to adjust their location.
