When your teachers log in to take a course, the first thing they see is their Teacher Dashboard. This dashboard helps them navigate their online professional development, reach out for help should they need assistance, and archives their certificates of completion.

If your teachers ever have questions about their online training or need help, they can contact our support team by clicking the blue "Help Desk" button" on the left side of their Teacher Dashboard.

The dashboard is broken up into four sections:

  • Active Orders
    • This section displays the orders a teacher is registered under, the hours available under that order, how many hours they've used, and the number of certificates they've earned under that order.
    • Registering under an order does not remove hours from the order, but it does allow teachers to enroll in the courses specified by that order.
    • Teachers can be registered for more than one order at a time.

  • Your Registered Courses
    • This section displays the courses a teacher has enrolled in and is currently working on. Once a teacher enrolls in a course, hours are removed from the order they registered under.

  • Your Available Courses
    • This section displays the courses available under an order.
    • A teacher can enroll in courses here, learn more about a course, and view how many hours a course is worth and what core areas the course addresses.

  • Your Completed Course Certificates
    • Here, teachers can download their certificates of completion for previously taken courses.
    • Certificates of completion are not made available until teachers:
      • View all the slides in a course.
      • Complete all reflective questions/activities
      • Pass the end-of-course quiz.

Once teachers have registered under an order and enrolled in courses, click on the name of the course they would like to begin under the "Your Registered Courses" section.

This takes them to the course launch page, where they can always monitor their course progress. From this page, they click the blue "Click here to start Module...." link, and are taken to the course player, where they can view and complete their course work.
