The Course Summary Report is an at-a-glance view of your participants’ work. It shows you their current course completion status, the order they’re registered under, the title of the course they’re enrolled in, the date they registered for the course, the date they completed the course, and how many credit hours the course is worth.

Downloading the Course Summary Report

  1. Click the “My Reports” drop-down menu on the left side of your dashboard.

  2. Click “Course Summary”.

  3. Make sure that the date range in the “Registered from date” field is set back to a few days before your participants started training.

  4. Refine your search by using the column headers to narrow down which participants you would like to include in your search. You can search by order names, course titles, or course completion status. Note: The search function is very sensitive. You’ll need to type in participant names, course titles, and order names exactly as they appear in the report.

  5. Click the “Export to…” button at the top of the page. Here you have the option to export your table as a Microsoft Excel sheet, XLSX, or as a PDF. Exporting the report is recommended if you would like to look at more than a few participants’ course progress.

Common Course Summary Report Questions

  • How can I tell which of my participants completed a course?

    • Participants who have completed a course will have a “True” value under the “Interactions Complete” column and a course completion date and time in the “Completion Date” column.

    • If a participant is present on the report, but has a “False” value in the “Interactions Complete” column and no date or time in the “Completion Date” column, they haven’t completed their course yet.

Note: The course completion time displayed under the “Completion Date” column of the Course Summary Report is displayed in Pacific Standard Time.

  • My participant says they finished their course, but the report says they haven't. Why is that?

    • Courses are not marked complete until participants:

      • View all of the slides in a course

      • Answer all of the reflective questions/activities,

      • Pass the end-of-course quiz.

    • Please advise your participants to review their course progress from their Teacher Dashboards to ensure that they met each of the three-course completion requirements. If your participant has any questions, please direct them to email us at support@responsivelearning.com, and we’ll be happy to help them.

  • Some of my participants aren’t on my report. Where are they?

    • The most common reasons participants don’t appear on reports are that they haven’t registered for and begun their online courses, their profiles list them as being located at another campus/district, or they registered for and completed courses outside of the dashboard’s pre-set 90-day window.

    • If you’re unsure about a participant’s location or registration status, please contact support@responsivelearning.com with the participant’s name, email address, current campus/district, and we’ll be happy to let you know if they’re registered or adjust their location.
