Adding someone as a Report Viewer gives that person the ability to view reports for teachers in the location you assign them. This function is useful for principals, assistant principals, or training coordinators who need to keep track of teacher course completion. 


To add someone as a report viewer, follow the steps below: 


 Log into your administrator dashboard: https://admin.responsivelearning.com/

  1. Click the “My Reports” menu option on the left-hand side of your user dashboard. 

  2. Click the “Viewers” option from the menu. 

  3. To add a new Report Viewer, click the green “Add New” button at the top of your page.

  4. Fill out the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Location sections of the pop-up field. 

  5. Click the green "Save" button. Your administrator is now registered as a Report Viewer. NoteYour administrator will automatically receive an email from us prompting them to set their password and log in to their new administrator dashboard.
