The Manage Participants section of your Administrator Dashboard allows you to see and manage all of the participants who have active Responsive Learning accounts and selected your campus/district when they self-registered. 


The Manage Participants tab allows you to view a user’s assigned location, username, registered email, enrolled courses, and course completion certificates. 


There are two available views. You may view all participants under your district/campus or view participants by the order they are associated with.

Accessing the Manage Participants section:


Log into your administrator dashboard: https://admin.responsivelearning.com/


  1. Click the “Manage Participants” menu option on the left side of your screen.

  2. Use the search boxes along the top of the grid to filter your search.

  3. Click the Edit button next to the user whose details you would like to view. This will bring up the user’s profile.
