Which system-generated letters can I customize?

  • User invitation letter
  • Parent permission letter
  • Collaboration letter
  • Full committee decision
  • Parent decision letter


How do I customize system-generated letters?

  1. On the left side of the dashboard, click on “settings”.
  2. Under email templates, use the pull-down menu to select the letter you want to customize.
  3. Click on the letter and the default template will appear.  You can edit the letter here.  
  4. Click the save button.
  5. To add an attachment to a customer letter, click the blue "+ Add Attachment" button and select the letter you would like to add an attachment to. 
  6. Click the "Upload Document" button and select the file you would like to attach. 
  7. Click the "Upload button" next to the file name. The file will now be sent as an attachment anytime a letter of the selected type goes out. 

***Please note that if you customize a system-generated letter, it does not automatically translate into Spanish.
