The most common reason a certificate is not available after training is that one of the course completion requirements has not been met. These requirements are:
  • The course has been viewed in its entirety (verify that a section or a subsection was not skipped).
  • All Reflective Questions have been answered.
  • All quizzes, questions, or activities are completed, and a passing score has been received. 

When a slide is viewed, the name changes from black to grey on the navigation panel. Any section that has a little triangle beside the name has subsections that also must be viewed.
