Many users have reported a compatibility issue with outdated Mac Operating Systems. The error occurs after clicking a module to begin a course. Instead of the course loading, users have reported a buffering screen or an error message saying that the site may be down or may have moved.
If you are using a Mac, please verify what OS you are using (under About This Mac). As of June 2021, we have successfully tested updated versions of Big Sur, Mojave, and Catalina, and we found repeated errors with earlier operating systems.
Our sites are using up-to-date security settings, which are required by all popular internet browsers. You will need to update your OS and browsers or use a different (more up-to-date) system to complete the training.
