Which system-generated letters can I customize?
- User invitation letter
- Parent permission letter
- Collaboration letter
- Full committee decision
- Parent decision letter
How do I customize system-generated letters?
- On the left side of the dashboard, click on “settings”.
- Under email templates, use the pull-down menu to select the letter you want to customize.
- Click on the letter and the default template will appear. You can edit the letter here.
- Click the save button.
- To add an attachment to a customer letter, click the blue "+ Add Attachment" button and select the letter you would like to add an attachment to.
- Click the "Upload Document" button and select the file you would like to attach.
- Click the "Upload button" next to the file name. The file will now be sent as an attachment anytime a letter of the selected type goes out.
***Please note that if you customize a system-generated letter, it does not automatically translate into Spanish.
