There are a few reasons why a registration code may not be recognized by our system. 

  • The registration code has been entered incorrectly. 
    • Make sure that you have entered your registration code EXACTLY as it appears in the self-registration template. Make sure there are no extra characters at the end of the code, such as a space, and that the capitalization of all characters is correct. 
  • The registration code you are entering is expired.
    • If the registration code you have been given is expired, please contact your administration team and ask for the current code.
  • There are no more hours available in the order you are registering for. 
    • If the registration code you have entered is for an order with no remaining hours, please contact your administration team so that they can purchase more hours, or provide you with a code that contains enough hours for you to complete your training.

If you have previously used our services, the system will recognize your email address and give you the option to input your password. If you do not remember the password for the account, you can have your login information sent to you via email.
