Printing your email
- Click the printer icon on the side of your email.
- Adjust your settings, such as how many copies of a document you would like, if you would like black and white or color, etc.
- Select the printer you would like to use.
- Click the "Print" button.
Saving an email to a Microsoft Word document
- Copy the body of the email you would like to save.
- Right-click and select the "Copy" option.
- Open a word document.
- Right-click or select the "Paste" clipboard from the menu bar. Make sure to select the "Keep source formatting" option.
- Save your document. Make sure to save it in a folder you can access later, and name the document clearly. We suggest the product name and the date you ordered it.
