Printing your email

  1. Click the printer icon on the side of your email.
  2. Adjust your settings, such as how many copies of a document you would like, if you would like black and white or color, etc. 
  3. Select the printer you would like to use. 
  4. Click the "Print" button.


Saving an email to a Microsoft Word document

  1. Copy the body of the email you would like to save. 
  2. Right-click and select the "Copy" option. 
  3. Open a word document. 
  4. Right-click or select the "Paste" clipboard from the menu bar. Make sure to select the "Keep source formatting" option. 
  5. Save your document. Make sure to save it in a folder you can access later, and name the document clearly. We suggest the product name and the date you ordered it.
