After clicking a module to begin a course, if you are asked to log into the Learning Record Store, do not try to continue with your courses. 


Your Mac's OS is outdated and is not compatible with the courses.


Please update your OS and browsers, or use a different (more up-to-date) system to complete the training. As of June 2021, we have successfully tested Big Sur, Mojave, and Catalina.


If you try to continue, your course progress will not record, and you will have to retake the courses to receive credit.
